Futuremark has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to personal privacy. The following discloses Futuremark's information gathering and dissemination practices for following websites: www.futuremark.com, shop.futuremark.com, store.futuremark.com and service.futuremark.com.

Log files

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site, in other words for normal web statistics. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Through the online store Futuremark collects information such as; email, name, company name, VAT number, street address, city, state, province, zip / postal code, country and phone number. We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for promotional purposes.

We have some forms on our site for gathering / receiving information and feedback from our users. Performance Database

Futuremark represents users from around the world who benchmark their computers, send those results to us, and give us their permission to gather their computers' system information.

By benchmarking your computer and sending your benchmark results to us, you also give us permission to process your personal data and send your computer system information to our Performance Database. It is from here that you are able to compare your results with those of other users from around the world. To be able to use the Performance Database you need to register. The registration requires your email, and a password. The email is optionally shown with the user's results to the public, and optionally used for emails from Futuremark about Futuremark's product updates, special offers as well as other company products, services, and special offers.

Services

Futuremark might give access to the above-described data to third parties, by creating services that make it possible to ask specific questions of our Database (about things like PC configurations with a specific graphic cards, etc.) and producing reports summarizing the data regarding these different kinds of computer configurations. In ABSOLUTELY NO instance do we ever attach personal user information to these services.

Contests

We may run contests on our site in which we ask our users for contact information (like their email address). We use the customer contact information from the entry form to send the user information about our company and its products, or to contact them when it becomes necessary (notices like, updates, patches, etc.). Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All the data regarding users, their computers' system information and benchmark results are stored on a server. This server is located in a locked and guarded space and only authorized Futuremark personnel have access to the database containing given user names and passwords.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Choice/Opt-Out

This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database so that they no longer receive future communications or access to our other services:

• You can send email to webadmin@futuremark.com, stating your request.
• You can reply to any unwanted communications that you receive, stating your request.
• You can use the Profile Manager to change/remove your information and to opt out of any promotional / newsletter material.

Product Give-Away Contest Rules

Futuremark may choose from time to time to give away prizes by random drawing. The method or methods for entering such contests will be communicated on the Web Site. If you're selected as a winner, you will be notified by email at the address you provided. You will be asked to acknowledge a "Release", and depending on the Prize, you may be asked to provide a mailing address, so that your prize can be delivered.

Notifications of Changes

If there are any changes to this policy, we will give notice about it on our Homepage.
